Track Power Outages with Our Interactive Map

Our outage map showcases what parts of our service area are currently without power. This is especially helpful information during big storm events, keeping you informed of how hard our crews are working to get power restored safely to all customers.

Report a Street Light Outage

1. To find the light location: Enter the address of the outage location in the search bar, click the target icon in the upper right-hand corner of the map to navigate to your location, or zoom in on the map. 
2. If the light exists on the map, click it, then click 'REPORT STREET LIGHT ISSUE.' 
3. If the light does not exist on the map, then click 'REPORT MISSING STREETLIGHT ISSUE.'
4. Populate all the information on the form.
5. Once complete, click 'DONE' in the top-right on the form.
