Weatherization Training

We are committed to strengthening Alabama’s weatherization workforce through the Alabama Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP). In partnership with the Alabama Community College System (ACCS) and the Alabama Energy Infrastructure Training Center (AEITC), we provide nationally accredited, hands-on training that equips contractors, home builders and other industry professionals to deliver safe, cost-effective energy-efficiency upgrades. Our programs support statewide goals to reduce energy burdens, improve home comfort and advance economic growth across Alabama.
